Just another day in paradise <3

Hello and happy Friday!

This will be quick. 

Yesterday Russ and I celebrated our 43rd anniversary. The festivities included running kiddos around here and there, hanging out at the Y, and ending it all on the sidelines of a baseball game. 

We never processed that being married in June would one day translate to peak ball season. Many anniversaries have been spent sharing a bag of popcorn and maybe a hot dog if the concession stand is a fancy one. 

I don’t think we would have it any other way. 

Our marriage has been made up of a string of ordinary days that are actually pretty extraordinary when you add them all up. 

And I am thankful and do not take it for granted that this is a gift of God’s grace to one like me.
