A St. Patty’s Day miracle and a message of hope <3

www.laurareimer.net

Remember this little guy?

The shamrock Russ bought me our first St. Patty’s Day in this house seven years ago?

The one that almost died once when I drowned it and then withered down to one loan stem during the gray dark days of January?

And then it came back like this?

Well, yesterday as Russ and I returned home in the late afternoon from an errand I found this out in the garage on the garden shelving.

This was the pot I rescued the one loan stem and it’s root system from. I thought I had take all that was left of it.

But nope.

There was life resting in that pot.

And here we are this morning…

marveling at the resiliency of life that was buried.

Speaking of.

Yesterday’s sermon kicking off a new series on This Changes Everything is available soon right here… https://www.firstdecatur.org/sermons/ It has not been added yet, but please check back later in the week and listen to it.

So good. And I will be reminding you so don’t worry.

Have a beautiful, hope-filled, believing that death has lost its sting Monday <3
